We received during the past weeks an higher amount of complains regarding illegally converted and published addons. According to this circumstances, we want to remind you the following important fact:
You are committing a copyright infringement by converting and publishing without permission the work of someone else. This means that you can be sued by the original author!
The Eleven-Games-Team is not able to verify every uploaded modification for copyright infringement but is doing it's best to avoid such situations. In case of a copyright infringement complaint we will ask you to provide us the written consent from the original author. If you are not able to provide this to us, we will declare the author's statement as valid and the mod will be removed from our Database.
Every copyright infringement will now result to a warning and can lead to an exclusion of Eleven-Games.
